today was super inefficient omg. i tried to study and it failed. i tried to control my appetite, and it failed terribly. boooo

had a big bowl of pasta, cereals, m&ms, peanuts, nutella bread, superchunky peanut butter bread, three cups of milo dinosaur, soup, pineapple fried rice, chendol, sweet&sour fish, spinach, brownie with ice cream, more peanuts and m&ms. at least i went to the gym and bowled today so... oh well at least there was some exercise. HAHA right.
